Eligibility & Participation

1. Who is eligible to join this campaign?

• You must have a registered, valid Shopee account.
• To participate in the campaign: top up any amount of Child or Large Family LifeSG Credits to ShopeePay between 4 Jul to 31 Dec 2025.
• To unlock additional tier rewards: make a single top-up of SGD 250 Child or Large Family LifeSG Credits to ShopeePay within the same period.
• Shopee may verify eligibility and disqualify fraudulent or ineligible accounts. 

2. How do I top up my ShopeePay with Child or Large Family LifeSG Credits?

• Step 1: Enter ShopeePay Wallet on the Shopee App

• Step 2: Tap on “Top Up”

• Step 3: Input $250 and tap on “Payment Method”

• Step 4: At Top Up page, select “PayNow” and tap “Confirm”

• Step 5: Save the QR code image 

• Step 6: Access your LifeSG app and select “Child LifeSG Credits”. Upload the saved QR code image and follow instructions on the app to complete your transaction. 

• Step 7: Once the top up is completed, the confirmation page will appear on the Shopee app.

3. Can I top up my ShopeePay wallet with a normal bank account to be eligible for the campaign?

•  No. Users must top up directly with Child or Large Family LifeSG Credits to be eligible for the rewards.

4. Can I top up my ShopeePay wallet with other credits through the LifeSG app, besides Child LifeSG Credits to be eligible for the campaign?

•  No. Users must top up directly with Child or Large Family LifeSG Credits to be eligible for the rewards.

5. How do I know if my top-up has been verified?

• You will receive a Push Notification from Shopee once your top-up is successfully verified.

6. How long does it take Shopee to validate my top up? 

• Validation may take up to 3 business days.

• E.g., if you’re verified by 9 July (Wednesday), your rewards will be ready by 14 July (Monday).

7. What rewards can I get from this campaign?

Base rewards (any top-up amount):

• 20% off Weekly Shopee Vouchers (capped at $15, min. spend $40). Vouchers will expire on 31 December 23:59.

• 15% off ShopeePay In-store Voucher (capped at $3, no min. spend). Vouchers will expire on 31 December 23:59.

• Exclusive Deals (Consist of Bundle Deals, Family Meals & Shopee Supermarket Deals)

• Mum’s Club Basic Membership (valid until 31 Dec 2025)

8. When can I claim my rewards?

9. Can I claim the rewards more than once?

No. Each eligible user may only claim the rewards once.

Weekly Shopee Vouchers (Base Reward)

10. What vouchers are included? 

• 20% off vouchers, capped at $15 (min. spend $40).

• Available in limited quantities, while stocks last.

• Valid until 31 December 2025, 23:59

11. When do these vouchers expire?

• Each weekly voucher expires every Wednesday at 23:59.

• No extensions or reimbursements will be provided.

ShopeePay In-store Voucher (Base Reward)

12. What vouchers are included? 

• 15% off voucher, capped at $3 (no min. spend).

• Available in limited quantities, while stocks last.

• Valid until 31 December 2025, 23:59

13. Where can I use these vouchers?
At participating ShopeePay merchants (online or offline). Visit the “Where to Use” section on the campaign page for the full list.

14. Can I use more than one ShopeePay voucher in a single transaction?
No. Only one ShopeePay in-store voucher can be applied per transaction.

Exclusive Deals (Base Reward)

15. What types of deals are available?

Deals are exclusive for top up users.

• Bundle Deals: Discounted toy, kids & babies items from key brands.

• Family Meals: Discounted meal vouchers for families.

• Supermarket Deals: Upsized vouchers for selected supermarket items.

Mum’s Club Basic Membership (Base Reward)

16. When will I get my Mum’s Club Membership?

• Your membership upgrade will be processed within 3 working days from when your top-up is verified.

17. How long does the Mum’s Club Membership last?

• The Free Membership lasts until 31 December 2025.
• After 31 Dec 2025, users will be removed from Mum’s Club Membership.

19. When do these vouchers expire?

• All unused vouchers will expire on 31 December 2025, 23:59 SGT. 

• No extensions or reimbursements will be provided.

ShopeePay In-store Voucher Pack (Additional Tier Reward)

20. What vouchers are included? 

The ShopeePay In-Store voucher pack includes:

• SGD 0.50 off with min. spend of SGD 5
• 20% off (no min. spend), capped at SGD 10
